First entering the education sector in 2016, he brings a wealth of experience from a range of industries. This diverse experience has shaped his adaptable approach and deep understanding of the different challenges faced across the sector.

A proud father to two young boys, he values family life and enjoys spending quality time outdoors, exploring the countryside with his partner, children and dogs. Outside of work and family, he’s a keen sports fan with a particular interest in rugby, football, and Formula 1.

Driven by a passion for helping others succeed, he founded Hire Grade with a clear mission: to ensure the benefits of high-quality recruitment are felt by all. His vision is rooted in the belief that great recruitment can transform lives, organisations, and communities alike.

Patrick began recruiting into primary education in 2019 and still thrives on the buzz of helping people land their dream job just as much as he did on day one. With six years of recruitment experience—four in education—he brings energy, empathy, and a personal approach to every placement.

A family man through and through, he loves nothing more than quality time with his young family. Outside of work, you'll find him at the beach surfing… or building sandcastles if his son has the final say. He’s passionate about fitness and exploring new cultures through travel.
